Margaret would arrive 09.15. Prayer Space needs setting up for registration with a table as Weightwatchers in CR until 11.15. Worship area to be set up with cafe style tables to seat 60-70 and tea and coffee on arrival in worship area. Need volunteers for this.
Lunch will be in Community Room – bring own lunch
